Candace, “I am so glad you sent a note. Thanks for the note and also thanks for encouraging me yesterday. I needed a reminder of several of the things you mentioned. I actually came home and (my daughter) and I studied spelling words with sidewalk chalk and by making letters with our bodies. She did so much better and really got the words. I am interested in keeping in touch and perhaps doing a private tutoring lesson once a month maybe--for me and (my daughter) To give us ideas and just let her have fun with reading/spelling.
